Technical Skills (Must-Have)

•Programming Languages: Proficient in JavaScript, Node.js, and Python.

•Frontend Frameworks: Strong experience with Angular or React JS, and HTML5.

•Database Management: Hands-on experience with SQL queries, MariaDB, and MSSQL.

•API Development: Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration.

•Automated Testing: Experience with Playwright or Selenium for automated testing.

Experience

•5–8 years of relevant experience in full stack software development.

•Proven track record of delivering enterprise or large-scale web applications.

•Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Soft Skills

•Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

•Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

•Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.

•Proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

Education

•Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development & Maintenance

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable and maintainable code according to technical specifications and business requirements.
  • Build responsive, interactive, and user-friendly web applications using modern frontend frameworks.
  • Develop robust backend services and APIs to support application functionality.
  • Ensure code quality through adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices.

Full Stack Development

  • Develop end-to-end solutions covering both frontend (Angular / React JS / HTML5) and backend (Node.js / Python) components.
  • Integrate frontend components with backend services using RESTful APIs.
  • Work with relational databases (MariaDB, MSSQL) to design schemas, write optimised SQL queries, and manage data efficiently.

Testing & Quality Assurance

  • Write and maintain automated tests using testing frameworks such as Playwright or Selenium.
  • Perform unit, integration, and end-to-end (E2E) testing to ensure application reliability and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and system outages promptly.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver user stories and project requirements.
  • Participate in system design discussions and provide input on technical decisions.
  • Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to standards and promote knowledge sharing within the team.

CI/CD & DevOps Practices

  • Contribute to the development and improvement of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
  • Ensure smooth deployment and operation of applications in production environments.
  • Stay current with emerging tools, frameworks, and development practices to continuously improve delivery quality.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Write and maintain clear technical documentation, including design specifications, API documentation, and user guides. Prepare project reports and artefacts
