AUXILIAR ADMINISTRATIVO I

Descrição do Cargo

Prestar apoio administrativo à Unidade Escolar, realizando atividades de organização, controle, registro e arquivamento de documentos, atendimento ao público e suporte aos processos de escrituração escolar, contribuindo para o adequado funcionamento administrativo da unidade.

Principais Atividades

  • Organizar e manter atualizados cadastros, arquivos, fichários, livros e demais documentos da Unidade Escolar.
  • Preencher declarações, atestados, fichas individuais, boletins, históricos escolares e outros documentos de escrituração.
  • Auxiliar o Secretário de Escola no cumprimento da legislação de ensino e das normas regimentais.
  • Realizar atividades de protocolo, recebimento, seleção, classificação, registro e arquivamento de documentos.
  • Coletar, organizar, registrar e consolidar dados para elaboração de informações e relatórios estatísticos.
  • Redigir ofícios, atas, comunicados e demais expedientes administrativos.
  • Prestar atendimento ao público com cordialidade, eficiência e atenção.
  • Zelar pela conservação dos materiais, mobiliários e equipamentos da unidade.
  • Substituir eventualmente o Secretário de Escola, quando determinado pela Direção.
  • Cumprir as normas, procedimentos, legislações e demais disposições aplicáveis à Rede Municipal de Ensino de Betim.
  • Executar outras atividades compatíveis com a natureza do cargo, conforme orientação da gestão.

Requisitos para a Vaga

  • Escolaridade mínima: Ensino médio completo
  • Experiência exigida: Diferencial
  • Conhecimentos técnicos: Excel Basico
