The posting

Salary Package: Basic $2400 - $2700

Work Location: West - Company Transport provided

Working Hours:

  • Option 1: Mon to Fri | 8.15am-5.45pm
  • Option 2: 12-hour Night Shift | 8pm-8am (Allowance $13/day)

Benefits: AWS | $500 Flexi Bonus | Sign-on bonus | 15days AL __________________________________________________________________________________

Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily customer service and logistics coordination for inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Receive and process customer orders, delivery requests and shipment instructions.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, transport teams, drivers and freight forwarders to ensure timely deliveries and collections.
  • Monitor shipment and delivery status and provide updates to customers.

Requirement:

  • Diploma / Nitec / Higher Nitec in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related fields.
  • 1–2 years of experience in logistics, customer service, warehouse coordination or a related role preferred.
  • Familiar with WMS/ERP systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
