役職について

日本におけるIdeals VDR事業の急速な拡大を支援するため、東京オフィスを拠点とする営業担当／アカウントエグゼクティブ（アウトバウンドセールス）を募集しています。現在の3名の営業チームに加わり、日本フィールドセールスチームの創設メンバーとして、アウトバウンド営業を積極的に展開し、新規顧客を獲得して成約に至ることが最終目標となります。

トップラインを担うクォータ制メンバーとして、新規顧客への積極的なアプローチとセールス パイプラインの管理を行います。金融・銀行をはじめとする各業界の経営幹部や主要意思決定者と積極的に関わり、日本市場における当社の成長に直接貢献するとともに、カントリーディレクターと緊密に連携します。

使用技術スタック：HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Amplemarket, Clay, Apollo, Phantombuster, Woodpecker, Aircall

主な業務内容

- 日本における主要ステークホルダーや業界インフルエンサーとの関係構築

- 新規顧客獲得に注力し、売上目標の達成

- 日本の戦略的アカウントと連携し、積極的にパイプラインを構築・管理するとともに、常に新たな機会を開拓

- 営業・マーケティング戦略の実行に積極的に貢献

- M&Aコミュニティイベントの企画運営に参加し、Idealsの認知度向上を図る

- 顧客に対する説得力のある製品プレゼンテーションを実施する

- 取引の構造化、交渉、成約を遂行する

- 顧客へのインサイト共有と進捗報告を継続的に行う

- 製品開発・管理チームへ適切な顧客フィードバックを提供する

- カスタマーサクセスおよびインサイドセールスと連携し、顧客満足度と企業収益の向上を図る

募集要項

- B2Bにおけるフル360度クロージング業務またはプロフェッショナルサービス分野での1-2年以上の実務経験

- IT, SaaS もしくは金融業界での経験

- パイプライン管理と成約実績の成功事例

- 説得力のある提案構築と顧客ニーズ把握を可能とする卓越したビジネスコミュニケーション能力

- 日本語ネイティブレベル、ビジネス英語

優遇条件

- 金融業界の主要プレイヤー及び市場動向に関する知識

- C-suite（経営幹部層）とのコミュニケーション経験

- 高速販売環境での経験と、経営幹部層（C-Level）との高いコミュニケーション能力
