Om arbetsplatsen Ersta diakoni äldreboenden är den del av Ersta diakoni och bedriver totalt nio äldreboenden i Stockholm och Uppsala. Vårt mål är att ge våra boende en trygg och innehållsrik vardag, med aktiviteter, gemenskap och goda och trivsamma måltider. Hos oss ska alla kunna känna sig hemma! Mariahemmet är ett boende med 83 lägenheter fördelade på nio avdelningar med inriktning mot både demenssjukdomar och somatiska vård och omsorgsbehov. Vi ligger ett stenkast från Sandsborgs tunnelbanestation så det är lätt att ta sig hit. Om rollen I rollen som undersköterska har du ett nära samarbete med boende, anhöriga, ledare och övriga omvårdnadspersonalen. Du och dina kollegor planerar arbetsdagen utifrån de boendes individuella behov och önskemål. Att skapa hemkänsla och en meningsfull vardag för de som bor hos oss är viktiga delar i arbetet. Vi fokuserar på personcentrerad omvårdnad, aktiviteter, omsorgsmåltid och kontaktmannaskap. Vi söker dig som vill arbeta extra hos oss och hoppa in vid sjukluckor eller andra tillfälliga behov i verksamheten såväl dag, kväll som helg. Vem är du? Dina personliga egenskaper är viktiga för oss! Du har ett stort intresse för människor och är trygg i dig själv. Vi ser också att du har lätt för att samarbeta och kommunicera med dina kollegor och är noggrann i ditt arbete. Du delar Ersta diakonis värdegrund om att se hela människan och våra värdeord; professionalism, tillit och hopp. Din erfarenhet Vi söker dig som har:

tidigare erfarenhet av äldreomsorg

goda kunskaper i svenska språket i tal och skrift

goda datorkunskaper
