  • Accurately enter receiving transactions, inventory movements, and other material-related activities into the ERP/MRP system to maintain inventory accuracy and traceability.
  • Pick, stage, and kit mechanical and electrical components using work orders, pick lists, and Bills of Materials (BOMs), ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Issue materials to production work orders and complete inventory transactions in a timely manner to support accurate inventory records.
  • Prepare, package, label, and process outbound shipments in accordance with customer requirements, shipping procedures, and delivery schedules.
  • Assist with loading and unloading materials and finished goods, using appropriate material-handling equipment and safe work practices.
  • Perform routine inventory cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and assist with inventory reconciliation and corrective actions.
  • Locate, identify, organize, and maintain inventory using part numbers, designated storage locations, and ERP/MRP system information.
  • Apply First-In, First-Out (FIFO) inventory practices and maintain organized storage areas to support efficient material flow.
  • Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchasing, and other departments to support material availability, resolve issues, and meet operational priorities.
  • Proactively monitor assigned work, identify upcoming material or shipping needs, and take appropriate action to keep daily operations moving efficiently.
  • Research routine inventory, receiving, or shipping discrepancies using available documentation, system information, and collaboration with appropriate team members.
  • Communicate material shortages, shipment delays, discrepancies, or other potential disruptions promptly to the appropriate individuals.
  • Assist with domestic shipping documentation and develop familiarity with international shipping requirements, export documentation, and freight coordination as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company procedures and safety standards.
  • Support other warehouse and operational activities as needed to meet changing business demands.

Required Skills:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, inventory control, or a related manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Working knowledge of shipping and receiving processes, inventory handling, and material movement.
  • Experience using ERP/MRP systems for inventory transactions, receiving, or order fulfillment.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and similar business applications.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy while managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment within established procedures, and recognize when additional guidance or assistance is needed.
  • Demonstrated initiative in identifying tasks, researching routine issues, and following through to completion.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Dependable, adaptable, and willing to assist team members in meeting shared operational goals.
  • Ability to prioritize work based on production requirements, customer commitments, and changing business needs.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification as required; previous forklift experience preferred.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
