Premier groupe français indépendant de services à l’énergie et à l'environnement, nous sommes présents sur l’ensemble de la chaîne de valeur énergétique. Notre ambition, décarboner les territoires au travers nos activités :

  • La production d’énergie (usines de valorisation énergétique des déchets, méthaniseurs, centrales biomasse, géothermie, solaire…)
  • La distribution d’énergie (réseaux de chaleur et de froid)
  • Les services énergétiques (maintenance ou travaux d'efficacité énergétique, gestion multi-technique de bâtiments…)

En 2022, IDEX a réalisé un chiffre d'affaires de 2 milliards d’euros et accompagne plus de 12 000 clients de tous secteurs dans leur transition énergétique en proposant une énergie utile, locale et compétitive.

Rattaché au Responsable d’Exploitation, vous assurez la gestion des installations de chauffage et de climatisation d'un ou de plusieurs sites clients situés dans une ville dans les hauts de seine Sud (92)

Vous assurez la conduite, la maintenance préventive, corrective et le dépannage.

De plus, vous êtes le garant de la disponibilité des équipements placés sous votre surveillance.

Vous assurez la traçabilité de vos actions et le respect des engagements contractuels.

Vous assurez également le suivi et l’optimisation énergétique des installations.

Vous êtes technicien(ne) de maintenance en génie climatique, vous vous définissez comme généraliste pour des activités de chaud et de froid dans nos métiers mais également pour nos activités multi techniques (électricité, plomberie, faible …)

Vous avez 5 ans d’expérience et votre formation de base en électrotechnique, complétée par du génie énergétique (niveau Bac Pro, Bac Technique, BTS) vous permet d’être à l’aise face à tout type d’équipement.

Vous disposez des habilitations nécessaires à la pratique de notre métier et vous savez travailler en sécurité ; vous êtes plutôt autonome, vous êtes en capacité d’assurer un service d’astreinte et de vous intégrer dans une équipe technique.
