The posting

At IDEXX, our purpose is to enhance the health and well-being of pets, people, and livestock. We develop diagnostics, software, and services that help veterinarians around the world detect illness earlier, make confident decisions, and give pets longer, healthier lives. Every instrument, test, and consumable we build ends up in a clinic where a pet is waiting for answers, and the leaders who keep our manufacturing operations running are a big part of that.

As a Maintenance Engineering Manager, you will lead the second shift Manufacturing Engineering and Maintenance team in Roswell, GA, including a team of senior manufacturing engineers. As the Maintenance Manager for the shift, you will own equipment reliability, uptime, and continuous improvement across critical production assets, while coaching and developing your people to reach business goals and their full potential. This Manufacturing Maintenance Manager position is ideal for an Industrial Maintenance Manager who combines deep technical credibility with a passion for building high-performing teams.

Our Roswell site is home to OPTI Medical, an IDEXX company that designs and manufactures point-of-care blood gas and electrolyte analyzers and related consumables for human healthcare. The site also produces electrolyte slides and other consumables that power IDEXX veterinary analyzers, including the Catalyst One® and Catalyst Dx® chemistry analyzers. The equipment your team supports directly enables life-saving diagnostics for both people and pets.

You will lead in a clean, dry, climate-controlled, boiler-free medical device manufacturing environment, with sophisticated electro-mechanical equipment and automation systems that directly affect production efficiency and product quality.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
