The posting

As a Supply Chain Associate, you will support warehouse operations within IDEXX’s Memphis Distribution Center, helping to pick and pack products to IDEXX’s domestic customers. This is a 1st shift onsite role, Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM. The Worldwide Operations and Supply Chain team plays a critical role in ensuring IDEXX products are delivered accurately, safely, and on time to customers around the world. Through operational excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement, the team helps maintain the high level of service our customers depend on every day.

In this role:

  • You will pick, pack, label, and ship customer and distribution center orders with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
  • You will use a headset and voice picking device to pick and pack products for shipping.
  • You will support efficient warehouse workflows.
  • You will verify item numbers, product descriptions, quantities, and shipment details to support accurate order fulfillment.
  • You will help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by following established operational and safety procedures.
  • You will collaborate professionally with team members and leadership to support daily operational priorities and changing business needs.
  • You will work in different ambient, cooler and freezer temperatures while completing warehouse tasks safely with the proper PPE.

What you need to succeed:

  • You have a High School diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience (required).
  • You have at least 2 years of warehouse experience (required).
  • You have at least 2 years of picking and packing experience in a warehouse environment (required).
  • You have exceptional attention to detail, including experience accurately counting products, verifying item numbers, reviewing product descriptions, and confirming quantities (required).
  • You are comfortable reading, interpreting, and following product descriptions, shipping details, and order instructions accurately (required).
  • You are coachable and open to feedback, learning opportunities, and continuous improvement (required).
  • You communicate professionally and collaboratively with team members and leadership (required).
  • You have strong attention to detail and experience maintaining reporting and inventory accuracy (required).
  • You are comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment with changing daily priorities and production demands (required).
  • You are fluent in English for both verbal and written communication (required).
  • You are able to meet the physical and environmental requirements of working in a warehouse setting, including extended standing and sitting, frequent computer use, extended reach, occasional climbing, balancing, bending, stooping, kneeling, or crouching, lifting up to 50–70 lbs, and specific vision abilities including close-range vision, color perception, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. You are also comfortable working near moving electro-mechanical equipment using appropriate protective equipment as needed and working periodically in cold room environments at 41°F or below (required).
  • Experience with voice picking (preferred).
  • You have experience using SAP (preferred).
  • You have experience using Microsoft Office applications (preferred).
  • You have experience with RF Scanning devices (preferred)

Schedule:

  • The hours for this position are Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM.
  • Shifts and hours may vary slightly depending on business needs.
  • You will play an important role in supporting operational continuity through reliable and dependable attendance.
