🔎 O que você vai fazer por aqui:

Descrição das Atividades:

  • Elaborar e acompanhar o planejamento completo das obras e empreendimentos;
  • Elaborar cronogramas detalhados em MS Project, incluindo criação e atualização de linha de base;
  • Elaborar e acompanhar cronogramas físico-financeiros e de quantidades;
  • Realizar o controle financeiro das obras, incluindo acompanhamento de custos e desembolsos;
  • Elaborar e acompanhar Curva S de desembolso;
  • Elaborar e atualizar cronogramas das obras em conjunto com os prestadores de serviços e empresas contratadas;
  • Analisar histogramas de equipamentos e de mão de obra direta e indireta das contratadas;
  • Identificar e reportar desvios entre o planejado e o realizado, propondo ações corretivas quando necessário;
  • Avaliar planos de ação para recuperação de atrasos das obras;
  • Elaborar atas e acompanhar reuniões de planejamento com contratantes e contratadas;
  • Elaborar relatórios de acompanhamento e avaliação de atrasos das contratadas;
  • Elaborar relatórios financeiros e gerenciais dos empreendimentos;
  • Elaborar e acompanhar take-off de quantitativos de obras;
  • Realizar replanejamentos e atualização de linha de base sempre que houver alterações nos projetos;
  • Elaborar relatórios mensais de acompanhamento físico-financeiro;
  • Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e de progresso dos empreendimentos, conforme padrões e critérios estabelecidos pela contratante;
  • Verificar as atividades executadas x programadas, atualizando os cronogramas para identificação de desvios;
  • Elaborar e acompanhar planos de ação para correção de desvios e atrasos;
  • Elaborar relatórios semanais de acompanhamento físico-financeiro das obras e empreendimentos;
  • Acompanhar o andamento das obras junto à contratante e às empresas contratadas;
  • Elaborar e acompanhar Indicadores Técnicos de Performance (KPIs), considerando a aderência física e econômico-financeira dos empreendimentos;
  • Atuar em campo sempre que necessário, realizando acompanhamento e fiscalização das atividades de engenharia e obras.
  • Formação superior completa em Engenharia ou áreas correlatas; Experiência em planejamento e controle de obras e empreendimentos;
  • Conhecimento em MS Project;
  • Conhecimento em planejamento físico-financeiro e controle de custos;
  • Experiência com análise de indicadores de desempenho, curvas de avanço físico e financeiro e acompanhamento de obras;
  • Conhecimento em elaboração de relatórios gerenciais e acompanhamento de contratos;
  • Habilidade para análise de desvios, identificação de riscos e elaboração de planos de ação;
  • Domínio do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel; Power BI;
  • Disponibilidade para viagens esporádicas.
