🔎 O que você vai fazer por aqui:

Local de Trabalho: São José dos Campos/ SP

Horário: Segunda a quinta-feira, das 07h às 17h | Sexta-feira, das 07h às 16h

Descrição das Atividades:

  • Recepcionar e direcionar colaboradores, visitantes, fornecedores e clientes;
  • Executar atividades administrativas de apoio às áreas de Recursos Humanos, Administração, Finanças, Logística e Serviços Gerais;
  • Realizar o controle de estoque de materiais de expediente e consumo, incluindo registros e acompanhamento das necessidades de reposição;
  • Efetuar controles, registros e atualização de informações gerenciais;
  • Elaborar e emitir relatórios periódicos e controles administrativos;
  • Receber, organizar e direcionar correspondências e documentos;
  • Apoiar as rotinas administrativas e demais atividades relacionadas à área, conforme demanda da liderança;
  • Contribuir para a organização dos processos e atendimento às demandas internas.
  • Formação técnica ou superior em Administração, Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas;
  • Domínio do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel, com conhecimento em tabelas dinâmicas, PROCV e elaboração de planilhas e controles;
  • Conhecimento em informática e sistemas corporativos, com facilidade para utilização de novas ferramentas;
  • Vivência ou conhecimento em rotinas de Recursos Humanos, incluindo Recrutamento, Departamento Pessoal e Relações Trabalhistas;
  • Experiência com organização, controle e gestão de documentos e informações;
  • Conhecimento na elaboração de relatórios gerenciais, indicadores de desempenho, planilhas de controle e atas de reuniões;
  • Boa comunicação escrita, organização, atenção aos detalhes e capacidade de trabalhar com informações confidenciais;
