Horário de trabalho: Segunda à Sexta: 08h às 17h.

🔎 O que você vai fazer por aqui:

  • Efetuar a triagem inicial de notas fiscais recebidas para validação de dados básicos cadastrais da empresa.
  • Apoiar o processo de cadastro de clientes e fornecedores no sistema ERP, conferindo regularidade fiscal inicial.
  • Alimentar planilhas de controle de notas fiscais pendentes de faturamento ou aprovação.
  • Extrair relatórios básicos de sistemas municipais e estaduais para suporte à equipe fiscal.
  • Cumprir procedimentos internos e diretrizes do sistema de gestão da qualidade e compliance.
  • Cumprir diretrizes do sistema de gestão da qualidade, procedimentos e políticas da empresa.
  • Seguir políticas internas de compliance, integridade, antissuborno e código de conduta

Horário de trabalho: Segunda à Sexta: 08h às 17h.

  • Curso Técnico em Administração, Contabilidade ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência prévia em rotinas administrativas;
  • Conhecimento na conferência de notas fiscais eletrônicas;
  • Noções de tributos e retenções incidentes sobre notas fiscais de serviços, especialmente ISS;
  • Conhecimento em emissão de notas fiscais de serviços e mercadorias;
  • Conhecimento básico sobre retenções de impostos, como ISS, INSS, IRRF e CSRF;

Diferencial:

  • Ensino superior em andamento em Administração, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas correlatas;
  • Familiaridade com o sistema RM TOTVS.
