🔎 O que você vai fazer por aqui:

  • Elaborar, estruturar, atualizar e analisar cronogramas integrados de engenharia, utilizando Oracle Primavera P6 e/ou MS Project, garantindo a correta sequência e lógica de precedência entre as disciplinas técnicas;
  • Realizar o acompanhamento e controle da Lista de Documentos de Projeto (LDP), monitorando a evolução dos entregáveis de engenharia, como desenhos 2D/3D, memoriais de cálculo e especificações técnicas;
  • Acompanhar HH planejadas x realizadas, produtividade e avanço físico dos projetos, consolidando indicadores de desempenho e aplicando conceitos de EVM (Earned Value Management);
  • Elaborar Relatórios de Progresso Semanais e Mensais (RPM), Curvas S de avanço físico e financeiro, histogramas de recursos e demais indicadores de acompanhamento;
  • Monitorar prazos, custos, avanço físico e produtividade, identificando desvios e propondo ações para correção e recuperação dos projetos;
  • Apoiar o processo de encerramento técnico e contratual dos projetos, garantindo a consolidação das entregas finais, Data Book e lições aprendidas;
  • Identificar, acompanhar e quantificar impactos decorrentes de alterações de escopo, premissas ou atrasos de clientes, fornecendo subsídios técnicos para pleitos e aditivos contratuais de prazo e custo;
  • Realizar análises de riscos relacionados a prazos e cronogramas, incluindo avaliações quantitativas e simulações de incertezas, como Simulação de Monte Carlo;
  • Conduzir e participar de reuniões de acompanhamento com clientes de grande porte, apresentando resultados, desvios, riscos e planos de ação;
  • Atuar na interface com equipes de engenharia, projetistas, gerência e clientes, garantindo o alinhamento das informações e o cumprimento dos compromissos contratuais;
  • Apoiar a gerência no planejamento de capacidade (Capacity Planning), realizando previsões de demanda e contribuindo para a alocação de engenheiros e projetistas em múltiplos contratos simultâneos.

Horário de trabalho: Segunda à Sexta: 08h às 17h.

  • Ensino superior completo em Engenharia;
  • Experiência em planejamento e controle de projetos de engenharia, preferencialmente em ambientes de engenharia consultiva, industriais, mineração ou siderurgia;
  • Domínio de Oracle Primavera P6 e MS Project;
  • Conhecimento em Gerenciamento de Valor Agregado (GVA/EVA) e acompanhamento de indicadores de prazo, custo e avanço físico;
  • Conhecimento em análise de riscos de projetos, incluindo análises probabilísticas e Simulação de Monte Carlo;
  • Conhecimento das etapas de desenvolvimento de projetos de engenharia, incluindo FEL 1, FEL 2 e FEL 3, ou metodologias similares de planejamento e decisão;
  • Experiência com elaboração e acompanhamento de cronogramas, EAP, caminhos críticos, curvas S, histogramas e relatórios de progresso;
  • Conhecimento em gestão de custos, prazos, HH e produtividade;
  • Conhecimento em Power BI para elaboração e acompanhamento de dashboards e indicadores de projetos;
  • Capacidade de identificar desvios, analisar impactos e apoiar a elaboração de planos de ação e recuperação de cronogramas;
  • Conhecimento em gestão contratual e análise de pleitos (claims) será considerado um diferencial;
  • Boa comunicação e habilidade para atuar em interface com equipes multidisciplinares, gestão e clientes.
