Cargo: Técnico de Segurança do Trabalho Pleno

Local de atuação: Itu/SP

Horário: segunda a sexta-feira, das 08:00 às 17:00

🔎 O que você vai fazer por aqui:

Descrição das Atividades:

  • Realizar a postagem, atualização e acompanhamento das documentações de segurança nas plataformas dos clientes, como Atlas e Bernhoeft (SG3), garantindo a liberação dos crachás;
  • Realizar o agendamento, controle e acompanhamento dos treinamentos admissionais, periódicos e demissionais;
  • Conduzir treinamentos, capacitações e Diálogos Diários de Segurança (DDS);
  • Realizar a gestão, controle e entrega de Equipamentos de Proteção Individual (EPIs) e Equipamentos de Proteção Coletiva (EPCs), garantindo a disponibilidade dos recursos necessários para a execução segura das atividades;
  • Realizar a gestão do estoque de EPIs e EPCs, incluindo controle de validade, condições de conservação, qualidade dos materiais e necessidade de reposição;
  • Participar da investigação de acidentes, realizando o levantamento das informações e registros necessários, conforme os procedimentos e padrões estabelecidos pelos clientes;
  • Realizar inspeções de saúde e segurança nos alojamentos, identificando condições inadequadas e acompanhando as ações necessárias para correção;
  • Apoiar as rotinas de Segurança do Trabalho, contribuindo para o cumprimento dos procedimentos internos, normas aplicáveis e requisitos dos clientes.
  • Curso Técnico em Segurança do Trabalho completo, com registro profissional ativo;
  • Experiência na área de Segurança do Trabalho, preferencialmente em ambientes industriais, obras ou empresas de engenharia;
  • Experiência com plataformas de gestão de terceiros, como Atlas e Bernhoeft (SG3);
  • Vivência com gestão de documentação de segurança, treinamentos e controle de vencimentos;
  • Experiência com DDS, orientações de segurança, gestão de EPI/EPC e controle de estoque;
  • Conhecimento em inspeções de segurança e investigação de acidentes;
  • Pacote Office intermediário, com conhecimento em Excel;
  • Residir em Itu ou regiões próximas;
  • Disponibilidade para reuniões mensais de segurança em Santos, Rio Claro e Indaiatuba, além de eventuais fiscalizações e atividades em campo.
