The role will own the South India portfolio across all orders, leading a small regional team while coordinating with central Programme Design, Operations, Data & Systems, and Support & Dispatch functions. • Drive the complete order lifecycle from programme handover and planning through implementation, training, adoption, monitoring, reporting and closure.

Pillar 3 — Implementation, Training & Adoption

  • Drive effective implementation and training of teachers, students and other users across South India, directly or through the regional team.
  • Monitor post-training usage and adoption through 30-60-90 day windows and ensure corrective action where usage is below expected levels.
  • Build and maintain active teacher communities across assigned schools to support ongoing engagement, query resolution, content sharing and recognition.
  • Use usage and engagement data to identify adoption challenges and translate them into school- and project-level action plans.

Pillar 4 - Stakeholder Management & Regional Relationship Building

  • Build and maintain relationships with schools, clients, Block and District Education Officers, DM, BSA, government stakeholders and CSR/NGO partners across South India.
  • Represent iDream Education in regional meetings, reviews, trainings and events/programme discussions with external stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely and credible communication, reporting and escalation to clients and partners.
  • Identify qualified opportunities, renewal inputs and relevant leads from the regional portfolio and share them with the sales team on a bi-monthly basis.

Pillar 5 - Data, Reporting & Cross-functional Operations

  • Own regional data quality, usage monitoring and reporting across all South India projects.
  • Coordinate with Programme Design, Data & Systems, Support & Dispatch and other central functions to ensure smooth execution and timely resolution of operational issues.
  • Ensure project data, training completion, usage metrics and impact evidence are updated accurately and on schedule.
  • Review regional performance data and translate insights into process improvements, risk mitigation and execution priorities.

4. Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred in Education, Social Sciences, Social Work, Development Studies, Management or a related field. (Relevant programme experience and demonstrated ability may be considered alongside formal qualifications.)

Experience: 3–4 years of experience in operations, project management or programme implementation within the education, EdTech or social impact sector, including experience managing people or leading a sub-function/team. Proven experience managing multiple projects, locations and stakeholders simultaneously is required.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
