Deine Aufgaben

Du übernimmst die komplette operative Verantwortung für unsere Import-Verkehre im Bereich Vollcontainer und Stückgut zwischen Asien und Europa. Mit deinem Fachwissen und deinem Kommunikationsgeschick sorgst du dafür, dass Sendungen reibungslos von der Ankunft bis zur finalen Abrechnung begleitet werden. Dabei erwartet dich ein vielseitiger Mix aus operativer Abwicklung, Zollthemen und internationaler Kommunikation:

  • Du verantwortest die komplette operative Import-Abwicklung im Bereich Vollcontainer und Stückgut (Asien-Europa).
  • Du kommunizierst international mit Kunden, unseren eigenen Büros in Asien, Agenten und Lieferanten.
  • Du übernimmst die zolltechnische Erledigung von Importsendungen, inklusive Einfuhr in den freien Verkehr und NCTS/T1.
  • Du kümmerst dich um die vollständige Dokumentenabwicklung.
  • Du organisierst und kalkulierst den Frachteneinkauf für Weiterleitungsverkehre per Lkw, Bahn und Barge (LCL/FCL).
  • Du übernimmst die Fakturierung sowie die Kontrolle eingehender Rechnungen.
  • Du bearbeitest Reklamationen zuverlässig und lösungsorientiert.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung des monatlichen Ergebnisabschlusses.

Kurz gesagt: Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Import-See-Verkehre und sorgst mit deinem Know-how dafür, dass Sendungen zollrechtlich korrekt und effizient abgewickelt werden.

Dein Profil

Du bringst fundiertes Fachwissen aus der Seefracht mit, arbeitest gerne selbstständig und behältst auch bei komplexen Zollthemen den Überblick. Kunden- und Teamorientierung sind für dich selbstverständlich.

  • Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Kaufmann/zur Kauffrau (m/w/d) für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Seefracht ist wünschenswert.
  • Du verfügst über umfangreiche Erfahrung mit allen gängigen Zollverfahren, inklusive Verwahrerwechsel, Abfertigung zum freien Verkehr und T1.
  • Du hast detaillierte Kenntnisse über logistische Transportketten und Incoterms.
  • Du bringst Erfahrung in der Disposition der Nachläufe (FCL & LCL) mit.
  • Du zeichnest dich durch hohe Kunden- und Teamorientierung sowie eine selbstständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise aus.
  • Du bist IT-affin und gehst sicher mit dem MS-Office-Paket um.
  • Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch.
