LEGAL ASSISTANT (ESTATE PLANNING)

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Legal Assistant to be part of our team.

This role is responsible in supporting the estate planning operations by assisting with administrative tasks, document management, client communica􀆟ons, and workflow coordination.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide administrative support for estate planning matters
  • Assist with preparation, organization, and management of legal documents
  • Communicate with clients regarding documentation and case updates
  • Maintain accurate records and case files
  • Support attorneys and legal staff with workflow and case-related tasks
  • Track deadlines and follow up on outstanding items
  • Ensure confidential information is handled appropriately
  • Assist with various estate planning projects and administrative tasks
  • Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous legal assistant, administrative, or client support experience preferred but not required
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willing to work on a night shift schedule
  • Must be able to work onsite at 6th floor Tower 1, Rockwell Business Center Ortigas, Pasig City (beside The Medical City)
