Seu Cardápio Diário

  • Operar eventos dentro dos escritórios do iFood, conduzindo desde a seleção de fornecedores até conferência de entrega e qualidade
  • Intermediar contratações de recursos para eventos padronizados e customizados
  • Gerir fluxo de reservas de salas de eventos e espaços operacionais, mantendo governança de regras de uso e homologação de fornecedores
  • Coordenar com FoodLover responsável e demais stakeholders internos sobre necessidades e padrões operacionais
  • Realizar triagem global de recursos internos e externos, dimensionando equipe, catering e serviços conforme escopo do evento
  • Gerir e homologar fornecedores, negociar contratos, estabelecer e acompanhar SLAs
  • Tratar exceções e mudanças de última hora com agilidade e comunicar impactos a todas as partes envolvidas
  • Liderar iniciativas de automação e melhoria de processos do marketplace de eventos, elaborando briefings e mapeando fluxos
  • Supervisionar time de eventos, distribuir demandas, orientar desenvolvimento de escopo e acompanhar entregas
  • Fechar POs por fornecedor e acompanhar ciclo financeiro dos eventos

  • Comunicação clara e eficaz com lideranças, áreas parceiras e fornecedores
  • Visão de processo e automação com habilidade para mapear, desenhar e otimizar fluxos operacionais
  • Negociação orientada a resultados e gestão de contratos e SLAs
  • Perfil hands on, com senso de urgência e capacidade para operar em eventos de grande porte
  • Organização e priorização em ambiente de alto volume e múltiplas demandas simultâneas
  • Liderança para delegar, desenvolver pessoas, dar feedback, alinhar prioridades e estabelecer rituais operacionais
  • Tomada de decisão rápida e gestão de conflitos em momentos críticos
  • Mentalidade data driven e foco em entregas que geram impacto

Para realçar o sabor

  • Experiência prévia com eventos corporativos de grande porte
  • Familiaridade com plataformas de reserva de salas e gestão de espaços
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de workflow e automação de processos
  • Experiência com sistemas de procurement e processos de fechamento de POs
  • Experiência em gestão de catering e fornecedores logísticos
