Seu Cardápio Diário

  • Gerir estratégia de categorias Pet por meio de análises de performance por categoria e definição de planos de ação
  • Monitorar price index e regras de precificação e propor ajustes baseados em sinais de mercado
  • Integrar dados internos e sinais qualitativos externos para construir narrativas estratégicas e recomendações
  • Construir e manter cenários preditivos e análises de sensibilidade para antecipar tendências e oportunidades
  • Automatizar pipelines analíticos em Databricks e implementar modelos preditivos usando ferramentas de IA
  • Desenvolver dashboards e apresentações executivas para stakeholders apoiando tomada de decisão
  • Conduzir análises ad hoc para investigação de variações de performance e priorização de iniciativas
  • Documentar premissas metodológicas e garantir rastreabilidade de dados

  • Senso crítico e forte capacidade analítica para interpretar sinais qualitativos e quantitativos

  • Perfil hands on com autonomia para executar desde coleta de dados até entrega de recomendações

  • Exposição a Python ou R para manipulação e modelagem de dados
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas de BI como Power BI ou Tableau
  • Conhecimento em governança de dados e pipelines ETL
  • Exposição ao mercado Pet ou experiência em categorias de varejo
  • Familiaridade com modelagem de market share e projeções
  • Excel avançado para modelagem e análises
