Somos a estrutura de experiência B2B dedicada a fortalecer a jornada dos parceiros restaurantes que utilizam a plataforma iFood. Nosso objetivo é garantir operações fluidas, eficientes e sem fricções, conectando dados de ponta a ponta, Inteligência Artificial e diagnósticos operacionais para transformar a gestão de atendimento e gerar alto impacto para o negócio.

Seu Cardápio Diário

  • Mapear e monitorar continuamente a saúde e a dinâmica das jornadas de atendimento dos parceiros B2B
  • Realizar deep dives e análises de causa raiz utilizando queries SQL e IA para identificar desvios operacionais, lacunas de processos e pontos de atrito.
  • Utilizar Inteligência Artificial como ferramenta de aceleração para exploração de dados, identificação de padrões atípicos e geração de diagnósticos em alta velocidade.
  • Construir e sustentar dashboards intuitivos e visões analíticas que deem suporte ao acompanhamento operacional.
  • Municiar a gestão de BPO com diagnósticos embasados, conectando os achados de dados a planos de ação práticos para a operação.
  • Mapear motivos de contato e dores recorrentes, conectando a inteligência da operação com as frentes de Processos, Treinamento e Melhoria Contínua.

Ingredientes que buscamos

  • Sólida experiência em áreas de Customer Experience, Operações ou Inteligência Operacional (ambiente próprio ou BPO).
  • Proficiência comprovada em SQL: Habilidade para escrever e interpretar queries complexas para extração e manipulação de grandes volumes de dados.
  • Domínio no uso de Inteligência Artificial: Experiência prática na utilização de ferramentas de IA para potencializar a capacidade analítica e agilizar a criação de diagnósticos.
  • Capacidade analítica sênior: Alto nível de criticidade, raciocínio lógico rápido e foco obsessivo na identificação e solução de causa raiz.
  • Experiência na construção de dashboards e modelos de visualização de dados intuitivos.
  • Autonomia e adaptabilidade para atuar em cenários dinâmicos, priorizar demandas de alto impacto e comunicar conclusões com clareza executiva.
