Seu Cardápio Diário

  • Gerir a esteira de crédito de Capital de Giro e seus subprodutos
  • Operacionalizar novos negócios no iFood Pago (produtos, subsídios e testes), conectando processo, dados e execução
  • Mapear rotinas manuais e definir integrações e automações que reduzam a dependência de processos manuais e deem visibilidade de performance
  • Construir análises e KPIs da operação de crédito, do funil de originação ao desembolso, garantindo visibilidade ponta a ponta
  • Garantir controles de validação de contratos e monitorar os resultados, propondo ajustes na esteira
  • Construir soluções simples que deem autonomia às equipes de suporte

Ingredientes que buscamos

  • Experiência em operações, processos ou dados
  • Conhecimento de SQL, com olhar analítico para construir diagnósticos acionáveis
  • Experiência com ferramentas de BI (Tableau, Power BI ou Looker) para dashboards e visualização
  • Perfil hands-on, com aprendizado rápido e capacidade de desenvolver pessoas
  • Foco em eficiência e inovação operacional
  • Protagonismo e autonomia para conduzir projetos do início ao fim, priorizando impacto

  • Experiência com produtos de crédito ou operações bancárias
  • Vivência em automação de processos e integração de sistemas
  • Experiência em estruturar relatórios executivos para a liderança
