Zur Verstärkung unseres kleinen Teams in Zürich suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine zuverlässige und dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit für unser Backoffice. Die Arbeitszeit verteilt sich auf drei bis fünf Wochentage, jeweils einige Stunden am Vor\\- oder Nachmittag. \\Ihre Aufgaben\\ \* Sie unterstützen die Geschäftsleitung und das Team bei administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben. \* Sie kümmern sich um das tägliche Büromanagement und sorgen für eine verlässliche Organisation des Büroalltags. \* Sie beantworten telefonische und schriftliche Anfragen oder leiten diese an die zuständigen Personen weiter. \* Sie pflegen Datenbanken, Kontaktlisten und Ablagen und halten Unterlagen aktuell. \* Sie bearbeiten wiederkehrende administrative Dossiers nach der Einarbeitung selbständig. \* Sie koordinieren Termine und behalten administrative Pendenzen im Blick. \\Das bringen Sie mit\\ \* Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Erfahrung in Administration und Backoffice \* Eine sorgfältige, strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise \* Freude daran, ein kleines Team im Alltag tatkräftig zu unterstützen und auch wiederkehrende Aufgaben zuverlässig zu erledigen \* Ein freundliches und verbindliches Auftreten sowie Diskretion im Umgang mit vertraulichen Informationen \* Stilsicheres Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse; Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil \* Einen sicheren Umgang mit den gängigen Office\\-Anwendungen und die Bereitschaft, sich in weitere digitale Werkzeuge einzuarbeiten \* Interesse an der Musikbranche und die Bereitschaft, deren Abläufe und Besonderheiten kennenzulernen \\Das erwartet Sie\\ Eine vielseitige administrative Tätigkeit mit Einblicken in die Schweizer Musikbranche.
