Als Director Transformatie ben jij een commercieel en inhoudelijk boegbeeld binnen het Transformatie Team van IG&H. Je speelt een sleutelrol in het positioneren en vermarkten van onze dienstverlening binnen Financial Services, Health en Retail & Products.

Je helpt organisaties bij het realiseren van grootschalige transformaties waarin technologie, processen en mensen samenkomen. Daarbij ligt een sterke focus op de adoptie van nieuwe werkwijzen en technologieën, waaronder AI en datagedreven werken, en op het ontwerpen en implementeren van toekomstbestendige Target Operating Models.

Je combineert diepgaande transformatie-expertise met ondernemerschap en een bewezen vermogen om nieuwe opdrachten te ontwikkelen en te winnen. Dankzij jouw netwerk, marktkennis en commerciële slagkracht weet je langdurige klantrelaties op te bouwen en complexe transformatieprogramma's te initiëren en succesvol te laten uitvoeren.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Verantwoordelijk voor commerciële groei van het Transformatiedomein binnen IG&H
  • Ontwikkelen en realiseren van nieuwe business binnen Financial Services, Health en Retail & Products
  • Opbouwen van duurzame executive relaties met bestuurders en C-level stakeholders
  • Identificeren van nieuwe marktkansen rondom AI-adoptie, digitale transformatie, change management en Target Operating Models
  • Leidinggeven aan complexe transformatieprogramma's van strategie tot implementatie
  • Adviseren van directies en managementteams als trusted advisor
  • Positioneren van onderscheidende proposities in samenwerking met andere IG&H-praktijken
  • Opbouwen van strategische partnerships met technologie- en implementatiepartners
  • Coachen en ontwikkelen van consultants, managers en directors
  • Vertegenwoordigen van IG&H via publicaties, events, roundtables en klantbijeenkomsten

Wat breng je mee?

  • Minimaal 12 jaar relevante ervaring binnen consultancy en transformatie
  • Aantoonbaar succesvol in business development, executive selling en het realiseren van significante omzetgroei
  • Bewezen trackrecord in het winnen en leiden van grootschalige transformatie- en adoptieprogramma's
  • Uitgebreid netwerk binnen banken, verzekeraars, pensioenuitvoerders of andere financiële instellingen is een sterke pré
  • Ervaring met digitale transformatie, AI-adoptie, organisatieverandering en Operating Model-transformaties
  • Uitstekende vaardigheden in stakeholdermanagement op directie-, bestuurs- en C-level niveau
  • Sterk leiderschap en passie voor het ontwikkelen van talent
  • Ondernemende mentaliteit en bewezen vermogen om nieuwe proposities succesvol naar de markt te brengen
