Intro

iGaming.com is an international Media Group with 15 years of consecutive outstanding performance, offering business growth through affiliate marketing.

Our team of almost 300 talented and dedicated professionals develops, maintains, and optimises websites, ensuring they are well-designed and can be navigated intuitively. All content is tailored to experienced or interested players - we provide accurate, transparent, informative, and up-to-date content around all aspects of igaming.

Why work with us at iGaming.com?

Because we are working to make a difference!

Not only are we driven to provide the best experience for our users and exceed our partners' expectations, but we also know that our team members are our most important asset. Therefore, we focus on creating a work environment where everyone can learn new skills and further develop their career - be it in-house workshops, training plans, online courses, or external training. And we excel by providing a good work/life balance - giving you the flexibility to work where and when you want and much more. We are continuing to grow and are hiring at all levels - Juniors, Experts and Managers.

We want to expand our team! We are currently looking for a Senior SEO Manager & Project Owner (f/m/x) for our Spanish and LATAM portfolio.

This is a senior role with real accountability: you will take over established, authority domains at different development stages - from recovery and growth to full-scale relaunches - in one of the most competitive search verticals in the Spanish-speaking world, in a team that works AI-first, with agents wired into our SEO and internal tracking tools.

These Tasks Await

  • Take full ownership of key domains in the Spanish market: define and execute yearly sitewide optimisation plans, domain recovery action plans, and OKR-level initiatives from strategy to implementation.
  • Act as the SEO project owner for your domains: you are accountable for turning strategy into shipped, measurable work - on schedule, within scope, and with post-launch results to show for it.
  • Lead the SEO side of large-scale website relaunches and migrations: inherited architecture analysis, domain and URL mapping, redirect planning, top navigation and footer strategy, and pre-launch crawlability reviews of key pages.
  • Design and improve site architectures and internal linking strategies: folder-level linking audits, linking plans based on traffic and referring-domain data, sidebar and guide-page link curation, and cross-network linking between portfolio domains.
  • Optimise commercial money pages end to end (homepages, bonus, payments, live/instant-withdrawal and no-registration pages): content, layout, toplists, conversion elements, and on-page SEO.
  • Plan and launch new content hubs and sections (e.g. review hubs, informational guide sections by expert authors) and monitor their post-launch performance at defined checkpoints.
  • Run structured monitoring routines: weekly ranking ups & downs, monthly performance reports with findings and action plans, and continuous competitor and operator watch.
  • Strengthen E-E-A-T signals across projects: real expert author profiles, author page quality checks, review methodology and trust pages.
  • Design and run SEO experiments and stay ahead of the curve on AI Search: testing new Google Search Console AI features, PAA/Q&A implementations, and SEO title guidelines for Google Search, News and Discover.
  • Work AI-first: use LLM agents and coding assistants (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor) connected to our data stack (Ahrefs, Search Console, rank trackers, internal tracking tools, WordPress) to automate monitoring routines, internal linking audits, content briefings and QA checks - and build reusable workflows the rest of the team can adopt.
  • Troubleshoot technical and on-page issues hands-on in WordPress (plugin/meta issues, lastmod and structured data updates, broken elements) and escalate/verify fixes with the tech team.
  • Set up and maintain rank tracking and reporting across a multi-domain Spanish/LATAM portfolio; flag and follow up data issues in our internal tracking tools.
  • Evaluate underperforming or dormant domains and drive rebuild/repurpose decisions.
  • Write clear briefings for content, design and development teams, review their output with final QA checks before go-live, and work in conjunction with the Off-Page SEO, Product and Content teams.
  • Present your roadmap, results and strategic recommendations directly to market leadership; you represent SEO in cross-team decisions.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to Junior members of the team, reviewing their work and elevating their skills.

Your Profile

  • 5+ years of hands-on On-page and technical SEO experience. iGaming/affiliate experience is a must - please do not apply without it.
  • You have owned at least one domain end to end (strategy, execution, results) and can walk us through it: what you decided, what you shipped, and what happened to its traffic and rankings.
  • You have led the SEO workstream of at least one full site relaunch or migration - architecture analysis, URL mapping, redirects, pre/post-launch QA. This is a core requirement, not a nice-to-have.
  • A track record you can show with numbers: recovered or grown ranking clusters, launched sections that captured traffic, migrations that held their visibility.
  • Native-level Spanish and excellent English; deep understanding of the Spanish and LATAM search markets and their regulatory context.
  • Strong technical SEO: crawlability, indexation, structured data, lastmod/sitemap hygiene, and confident debugging inside WordPress.
  • Fluent with the standard toolset: Google Search Console, Ahrefs, enterprise rank trackers, crawlers, and internal tracking and reporting tools.
  • Hands-on with AI in your daily workflow: you already use LLM tools and agents (Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code or similar) to analyse data, draft briefings, audit sites and automate repetitive SEO tasks - and you can show concrete examples of time saved or quality gained. Comfort with the terminal, APIs/MCP integrations and light scripting (bash, Python, WP-CLI) is a strong plus.
  • Strong internal linking and site architecture instincts, backed by data (traffic, referring domains, ranking clusters).
  • Solid grasp of E-E-A-T and content quality signals, and how to build them into affiliate sites (real authors, methodology pages, trust elements).
  • Curious and current on AI Search as a channel: actively experiments with how ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Claude and Perplexity surface content, and translates findings into daily work.
  • Structured communicator: writes clear briefings for devs, designers and writers, and concise reports for stakeholders and leadership.
  • Proactive, self-directed and reliable - identifies problems (a broken plugin, a data gap, a lost ranking cluster) and drives them to resolution without being asked.
  • Experience mentoring or guiding junior SEOs - a strong plus.
  • Engaged with the SEO community (conferences, panels, publications) - a plus.

We Offer You

  • Work/life balance: flexible working hours, remote work
  • Flexibility: work from our Berlin/ Varna office, from home or anywhere in the world. Full-time or freelance
  • Office life: dog- and cat-friendly office, open door policy, individual responsibilities, results-driven mentality
  • Development: regular feedback, coaching, educational resources, career development opportunities
  • Remuneration: attractive salary, remote working subsidy, regular appraisal
  • Culture: growing team, highly motivated professionals from different cultural backgrounds, regular team events
  • Additional benefits based on location

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
