Das IGES Institut ist ein füh­ren­des, pri­vat­wirt­schaft­li­ches For­schungs- und Be­ra­tungs­in­sti­tut für Fra­gen eu­ro­pä­ischer Ge­sund­heits­sys­te­me, des Markt­zu­gangs so­wie der Ge­sund­heits­ver­sor­gung in Deutsch­land und bil­det den Kern der IGES Grup­pe. Ins­ge­samt be­schäf­tigt die IGES Grup­pe rund 200 Ex­per­tin­nen und Ex­per­ten aus den Fach­rich­tun­gen Me­di­zin, Wirt­schafts­wis­sen­schaf­ten, Na­tur- und So­zi­al­wis­sen­schaf­ten, Phar­ma­zie, Sta­tis­tik und In­for­ma­tik. Zur IGES Grup­pe gehören Un­ter­neh­men an Stand­or­ten in sechs Län­dern Eu­ro­pas. Seit 2025 ist IGES Teil der Athagoras Gruppe, die verschiedene Beratungsunternehmen für die Lifescience-Branche vereint.

Wir suchen für unseren Bereich Evaluation & Versorgungsdesign in Berlin einen Wissenschaftlichen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d):

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Mitarbeit an thematisch vielfältigen Evaluations-, Forschungs- und Beratungsprojekten im Gesundheitssystem
  • Eigenständige Bearbeitung von Arbeitspaketen, sowohl inhaltlich/fachlich als auch bezogen auf die Planung und Durchführung
  • Entwicklung bzw. Auswahl von Erhebungsinstrumenten, Durchführung von Erhebungen, Auswertung von Primär- und Sekundärdaten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen im Projektteam zur Entwicklung von Ideen, Diskussion von Ergebnissen und Erarbeitung von Schlussfolgerungen
  • Verfassen von wissenschaftlichen Texten und Projektberichten
  • Kommunikation mit Auftraggebern
  • Unterstützung bei der Akquise von Projekten

Ihre Qualifikation

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (Diplom oder Master) bevorzugt in Epidemiologie, Psychologie, Public Health, Volkswirtschaftslehre, Gesundheitsökonomie
  • Berufserfahrung in einem wissenschaftlichen Kontext und erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Routinedaten sind wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute empirisch-methodische Kenntnisse, insbesondere Fragebogenentwicklung und Studiendesign
  • Hohe Datenaffinität und Erfahrung mit Statistik-Software (z. B. R, SPSS oder STATA)
  • Hohe Bereitschaft, sich in neue Themen und Zusammenhänge einzuarbeiten
  • Hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft und Ergebnisorientierung sowie eine gründliche und exakte Arbeitsweise
  • Hoher wissenschaftlicher Anspruch und hohe Kundenorientierung
  • Sehr gutes schriftliches Ausdrucksvermögen
