Timvikarie sökes till kvinna i Hägersten Vi söker nu en flexibel personlig assistent för timanställning hos en av våra kunder i Hägersten. Om tjänsten Vi söker dig som kan vara tillgänglig med kort varsel, särskilt vid akuta behov såsom sjukdom eller vård av barn. Behovet är därför främst vid sjukluckor eller ledigheter. Du bor med fördel i Hägersten eller Älvsjö och har en vardag som möjliggör snabba inhopp – kanske studerar du på distans, arbetar hemifrån eller är på väg tillbaka till arbetslivet efter föräldraledighet (med möjlighet till barnvakt vid behov). Arbetstiderna är vardagar kl. 7-16 och 16-00 samt helger kl. 9-16 och 16-00. Om kunden Kunden är en rullstolsburen kvinna i 40-årsåldern med Cerebral Pares och viss talsvårighet. Hon beskriver själv sitt behov så här: ”Som personlig assistent är du mitt stöd i vardagen så att mitt liv fungerar på bästa sätt. Jag vill själv bestämma vad och hur, men behöver hjälp för att planera och genomföra saker. Jag är en aktiv och glad tjej som använder elrullstol och tycker om att vara ute, träffa vänner, chatta, dansa och resa. Jag går på daglig verksamhet och ibland på sjukgymnastik. Det är viktigt att du kan uttrycka dig väl i tal och skrift eftersom jag ibland behöver hjälp med kommunikationen. Har du dessutom ett visst intresse för datorer är det ett plus.” Arbetsuppgifter Som personlig assistent arbetar du i kundens hem och fungerar som hennes förlängda armar och ben. Du hjälper till med det som kunden själv skulle ha gjort om hon inte haft sin funktionsnedsättning – utan att ta över det hon klarar själv. Arbetet innefattar bland annat: Hjälp vid förflyttningar och personlig hygien Matlagning, städning och övriga hushållssysslor Stöd vid aktiviteter utanför hemmet Hjälp med kommunikation och planering vid behov

Vi söker dig som är: Noggrann, ansvarsfull och flexibel Lyhörd inför kundens behov och önskemål Professionell i ditt bemötande och värnar om kundens integritet Respektfull inför att arbetet sker i någon annans hem Tålmodig och bekväm med att arbetet ibland kan innebära lugnare stunder
