Welche Aufgaben erwarten Sie:

Zur Unterstützung der Unternehmen der Region, Innovationen schneller in marktfähige Produkte und Dienstleistungen zu überführen und zur Stärkung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit des Wirtschaftsstandorts Südlicher Oberrhein werden Ihre Aufgaben sein:

  • Beratung und Unterstützung von Unternehmen in Transformationsfeldern wie Cybersicherheit und Zukunftstechnologien
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Fach- und Informationsveranstaltungen sowie Teilnahme an Veranstaltungen zur Förderung des Technologietransfers und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit
  • Initiierung, Recherche, Begleitung von F&E-Kooperationen für KMU sowie Verwertung der Ergebnisse
  • Systematisches Technologiescouting und Ausbau von Transfernetzwerken
  • Vertretung der IHK in einschlägigen Gremien und Arbeitskreisen
  • Erarbeitung von Expertisen und Positionspapieren
  • Weiterentwicklung des Technologietransfers auf Landesebene

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Ingenieurs-, Informations-, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Interesse an Zukunftstechnologien, Innovationen und wirtschaftlichen Transformationsprozessen.
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Unternehmen, Institutionen oder Netzwerken.
  • Grundlegendes Verständnis von Innovations-, Transfer- und Vernetzungsprozessen
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie idealerweise in der Organisation von Veranstaltungen.
  • Verständnis für die Rolle als Schnittstelle zwischen Wirtschaft, Wissenschaft und weiteren Partnern.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft 365 und digitalen Kommunikations- und Kollaborationstools
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Netzwerkfähigkeit
  • Eigeninitiative, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Organisationsstärke
  • Sicheres und verbindliches Auftreten gegenüber unterschiedlichen Zielgruppen
  • Teamfähigkeit, Lernbereitschaft und Interesse an fachlicher und persönlicher Weiterentwicklung
  • Führerschein Klasse B
