The posting

Медицинское сопровождение персонала при проведении буровых, ремонтных и геофизических работ. Оказание экстренной (догоспитальной) помощи при травмах, отравлениях, сердечно-сосудистых катастрофах, переохлаждениях/перегревах. Проведение предсменных (предрейсовых) и послесменных медосмотров (с записью в журнале). Контроль санитарно-эпидемиологического состояния вахтового поселка, столовой, питьевого режима. Ведение аптечки неотложной помощи на буровой, контроль сроков годности лекарств и пополнение запасов. Участие в тренировках по ликвидации аварий (ПЛА) в составе санитарного поста. Взаимодействие с ближайшей ЦРБ или медсанчастью (по спутниковой связи, вертолетная эвакуация при ЧС). Заполнение первичной медицинской документации (журналы, справки, листки нетрудоспособности временные).

Опыт работы от 1 года (желательно, работа в удаленных условиях, в составе бригады скорой помощи или на промышленном объекте). Навыки: организация и проведение предрейсовых, послерейсовых и предсменных, послесменных медицинских осмотров; охрана здоровья работников промышленных и других предприятий; порядок проведения медицинского освидетельствования на состояние опьянения; догоспитальная помощь при травмах ATLS; интенсивная терапия по поддержанию сердечной деятельности на догоспитальном этапе ACLS; базовая сердечно-легочная реанимация и автоматическая наружная дефибрилляция BLS. Личные качества: стрессоустойчивость, дисциплина, умение работать автономно: врач на объекте отсутствует, навыки радиосвязи. Дополнительно: наличие действующего удостоверения Оказание первой помощи, санитарного минимума . Прививочный сертификат: столбняк, дифтерия, гепатит В, COVID-19, согласно требованиям. Отсутствие медицинских противопоказаний к работе вахтовым методом.
