Twoje kompetencje:

· Wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności interpersonalne

· Minimum 4-letnie doświadczenie w roli Analityka Biznesowego/Systemowego

· Praktyczna znajomość notacji UML i BPMN

· Dobra znajomość narzędzi JIRA i Confluence

· Doświadczenie w pracy z narzędziem Enterprise Architect

· Znajomość zagadnień związanych z pozyskiwaniem wymagań biznesowych dla projektów IT, modelowaniem otoczenia i procesów biznesowych

· Umiejętność prezentacji wyników analizy i rekomendacji

· Doświadczenie w pracy w projektach zwinnych, współpracy z developerami przy przygotowywaniu historyjek użytkownika

· Orientacja w zadaniach QA oraz stosowanych technikach testów

· Umiejętność szybkiego rozwiązywania problemów i szybkiego uczenia się

· Znajomość SQL, rozumienie modelu danych, umiejętność przygotowywania logicznych i fizycznych modeli danych na potrzeby developmentu

· Rozumienie problemów wydajnościowych i bezpieczeństwa

· Rozumienie aspektów związanych z zarządzaniem projektem

Obowiązki:

· Współpraca z biznesem, developerami i testerami, zapewnienie przejrzystej komunikacji

· Definiowanie problemów i potrzeb

· Opracowywanie artefaktów analitycznych w metodyce zwinnej

· Opracowywanie i utrzymywanie dokumentacji analitycznej

· Planowanie integracji między systemami

· Wsparcie programistów i testerów w procesie wytwórczym oprogramowania i późniejszym utrzymaniu
