Wat ga je doen?

Als BAZ-verpleegkundige op de CCU van het IJsselland Ziekenhuis ben je een onmisbare schakel in de acute hartenzorg. Op onze CCU worden patiënten opgenomen met ernstige en levensbedreigende hartaandoeningen, zoals een acuut hartinfarct, ritmestoornissen en hartfalen. Jij biedt hen de intensieve, gespecialiseerde verpleegkundige zorg die zij nodig hebben met precisie, betrokkenheid en vakkennis.

Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit?

Je start je dienst met een uitgebreide overdracht en bewaakt continu de vitale functies van je patiënten via hartmonitors en andere medische apparatuur. Je signaleert veranderingen in het klinisch beeld en handelt proactief. Je dient medicatie toe, legt infusen aan, verricht ECG’s en andere medische handelingen.

Naast de medisch-technische taken ben jij het vaste gezicht voor de patiënt en diens naasten. Je begeleidt hen in een emotioneel zware periode, geeft voorlichting en zorgt voor een zo veilig en vertrouwd mogelijke omgeving.

Je werkt in een hecht, zelfsturend team waar collegialiteit vanzelfsprekend is en waar jouw inbreng en initiatief gewaardeerd worden.

Je werkt nauw samen met medisch specialisten, arts assistente en collega verpleegkundige. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Continu bewaken en interpreteren van hartritme en vitale parameters
  • Toedienen van (intraveneuze) medicatie en uitvoeren van verpleegkundige handelingen
  • Begeleiden van patiënten en naasten tijdens een emotioneel intensieve opname
  • Bijdragen aan de kwaliteit en veiligheid van zorg op de afdeling

Wat vragen wij van jou?

  • Aantal uur – Je bent 24-36 uur per week beschikbaar
  • Opleiding – Je bent een gediplomeerd BAZ verpleegkundige
  • Extra – Ervaring in een acute of intensive care omgeving is een pré. Mocht je in de toekomst graag willen doorgroeien tot CCU verpleegkundige is dat bij ons mogelijk!
  • Flexibiliteit – Je bent bereid om dag-, avond- en nachtdiensten te werken in een zelfsturend team
