The posting

Wat ga je doen? Werken als CCU-verpleegkundige op de hartbewaking en Eerste Hart Hulp is uitdagend en afwisselend. Je helpt patiënten met acute hartproblemen en bewaakt hun vitale functies met moderne apparatuur. Tegelijkertijd bied je persoonlijke begeleiding aan patiënten en hun families in een spannende en ingrijpende tijd. Naast je werk op de CCU voer je fietsproeven uit, werk je op de Eerste Hart Hulp en maak je deel uit van het reanimatieteam. Een baan vol techniek, zorg en impact!

Hoe ziet je werkdag eruit als CCU-verpleegkundige? Je begint je dag op tijd met een kop koffie en de overdracht om 07:15 uur. Tijdens de flitsoverdracht krijg je een korte samenvatting van de situatie, waarna de patiënten onder het team worden verdeeld. Samenwerking is hierbij essentieel. Tijdens de dagdienst en gedeeltelijk de avonddienst is de Eerste Hart Hulp (EHH) ook geopend.

Je werkt in een team van gediplomeerde werknemers en leerlingen die in opleiding zijn tot CCU-verpleegkundige. Het team stuurt zichzelf, wat betekent dat je overzicht moet houden en processen bewaakt. Daarnaast ben je onderdeel van het reanimatieteam, zowel in het ziekenhuis als op de polikliniek, en neem je jaarlijks deel aan verplichte scholingen om je kennis up-to-date te houden. Je draait verschillende diensten: dag-, avond-, nacht- en tussendiensten. Je plant jezelf drie maanden van tevoren in, maar flexibiliteit is belangrijk omdat je beschikbaar moet zijn voor alle diensten.

Je werkt nauw samen met cardiologen, arts-assistenten, coassistenten, verpleegkundig specialisten, physician assistants en andere paramedische disciplines. Ook is er een sterke samenwerking met de hartfunctieafdeling en de cardiologie. Door de korte lijnen tussen alle betrokkenen kun je snel schakelen en efficiënt werken, zelfs bij acute situaties.

Naast het harde werk is er ook ruimte voor plezier. Eén keer per jaar organiseren we een gezellig teamuitje om samen te ontspannen en de onderlinge band te versterken.

Wat vragen wij van jou?

  • Aantal uur – Beschikbaar voor 16 tot 36 uur per week
  • Opleiding – Je bent in het bezit van een afgeronde opleiding tot verpleegkundige en hebt een CZO erkende CCU specialisatie, of ben je medisch hulpverlener met afstudeerrichting Cardiodiagnostiek dan ben je ook van harte welkom om te solliciteren
  • Ervaring – Je hebt affiniteit voor de oudere patiënt en wilt je verder ontwikkelen in het vak
  • Extra – Je bent servicegericht, beschikt over sterke sociale vaardigheden en combineert een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel met verpleegkundige leiderschap in je werk
