Binnen de vakgroep Urologie van het IJsselland Ziekenhuis is een vacature ontstaan voor een:

Chef de clinique – Urologie (0,6 fte)

De Vakgroep

De vakgroep Urologie bestaat uit vijf urologen en één ANIOS. Onze vakgroep laat een gestage groei zien, waarbij wij door de toenemende drukte op zoek zijn naar een Chef de Clinique. De vakgroep heeft een opleidingserkenning voor de urologie opleiding. Er is een stage endo-urologie, waarbij twee dagen per week een AIOS urologie participeert op zowel de OK, als de polikliniek. De vakgroep wordt primair verzorgd door onze ANIOS. De focus van de vakgroep ligt in tweedelijns urologie. Er is een goede samenwerking met de omliggende ziekenhuizen. Binnen het IJsselland is een intensief laagdrempelige samenwerking met andere disciplines. Hiernaast participeren wij in regionale MDO's, waaruit samenwerking met andere ziekenhuizen voortkomt.

Wij maken deel uit van het Medisch Specialistisch Bedrijf van het IJsselland Ziekenhuis (MSB).

Wat vragen wij?

Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste en ambitieuze collega die past in onze vakgroep en die bij voorkeur per 1 april 2026 kan starten. Echter, in overleg is deze datum flexibel. Van de nieuwe collega wordt verwacht dat hij/zij de urologische zorg komt versterken. Wij zoeken een uroloog met een breed profiel. Ook zij die binnenkort de opleiding zullen voltooien, worden gevraagd te reageren.

Wij bieden afwisselend werk in een ziekenhuis met korte lijnen en een no-nonsens mentaliteit. Daarnaast bieden wij een fijne werkplek met gezellige collega’s, waarbij wij streven naar snelle en kwalitatief goede zorg. Je komt in loondienst van het MSB en krijgt een contract voor 0,6 fte voor minimaal 1 jaar. Salariëring vindt plaats conform de AMS-regeling.

De Medisch Specialisten

In het IJsselland Ziekenhuis werken ruim 150 medisch specialisten. De vrijgevestigde medisch specialisten en de medisch specialisten in dienstverband vormen samen de Vereniging Medische Staf (VMS).

Het Medisch Specialistisch Bedrijf

De ongeveer 100 vrijgevestigde medisch specialisten zijn lid van de Coöperatie Medisch Specialistisch Bedrijf (MSB) IJsselland Ziekenhuis. Binnen het MSB zijn de medisch specialisten werkzaam binnen de vakgroepen anesthesiologie, cardiologie, chirurgie, dermatologie, gynaecologie, interne geneeskunde, intensive care geneeskunde, KNO, longgeneeskunde, MDL, medische microbiologie, neurologie, nucleaire geneeskunde, radiologie en urologie. Het MSB biedt een stimulerend werkklimaat, waar opleiding en persoonlijke ontwikkeling vanzelfsprekend zijn.
