Wil jij werken in een dynamische ziekenhuisomgeving, maar zelf regie houden over je werkagenda? Als Flexmedewerker op de OK bij het IJsselland Ziekenhuis ben je inzetbaar op verschillende zorg en ondersteunende afdelingen. Je kiest zelf wanneer je werkt ideaal om werk te combineren met gezin, studie, sport of hobby’s.

Wij zoeken nieuwe collega’s voor inzet op verschillende functies binnen ons ziekenhuis, zoals:

  • Operatieassistent (schaal 55)
  • Anesthesiemedewerker (schaal 55)
  • Recoveryverpleegkundige (schaal 50)
  • Logistiek medewerker (schaal 30)
  • Medewerker steriele medische hulpmiddelen (schaal 35)

Wat ga je doen?

Afhankelijk van jouw kwalificaties en voorkeuren word je ingezet in uiteenlopende taken, zoals:

  • Assisteren op de operatiekamer en recovery.
  • Logistieke ondersteuning inclusief medische materialen en transport.
  • Uitvoeren van werkzaamheden binnen de Centrale Sterilisatie Afdeling (CSA), zoals het reinigen, desinfecteren, controleren en steriliseren van medische instrumenten.
  • Ondersteunen van professionals en zorgteams tijdens piekmomenten.

Wat vragen wij van jou?

Afhankelijk van de functie heb je de relevante opleiding en werkervaring. Voorbeelden hiervan zijn:

  • Diploma en ervaring als operatieassistent of anesthesiemedewerker.
  • BIG-registratie + diploma voor recoveryverpleegkundige.
  • Je beschikt over een algemeen verpleegkundig diploma en bent bereid de benodigde EPA’s intern te behalen
  • Logistieke opleiding en kennis van logistieke processen voor logistiek medewerkers.
  • Mbo-opleiding en/of ervaring als CSA-medewerker.
  • Je bent flexibel, ondernemend, leergierig en collegiaal ingesteld.
