MDL-arts (0,8 -1,0 FTE)

De Vakgroep

De vakgroep bestaat uit 10 ambitieuze MDL-artsen, die een professionele en goede werksfeer als zeer belangrijk ervaren. Behandeling van MDL-ziekten wordt in de volle breedte uitgeoefend. Alle (advanced) endoscopische technieken worden toegepast. Er is aandacht voor deelspecialisatie waarbij hepatologie, IBD, oncologie en interventie-endoscopie vastgestelde speerpunten zijn in onze MDL-praktijk. Deze wordt ondersteund door 1 PA-endoscopist, 1 verpleegkundig endoscopist, 3 MDL-verpleegkundigen en 2 PAs (i.o.) op de klinische afdeling.

Wat vragen wij?

Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste collega die past in onze vakgroep en:

  • De MDL-zorg in de volle breedte uitoefent;
  • Ervaring heeft met diagnostische en therapeutische gastro- en coloscopie;
  • Goede sociale vaardigheden heeft, waarbij werken in teamverband en samenwerking met andere disciplines essentieel is;
  • Participeert in de avond/nacht- en weekenddiensten;
  • MDL-artsen met alle voorkomende aandachtsgebieden worden uitgenodigd te solliciteren. Ook als u binnenkort uw opleiding afrondt, nodigen we u van harte uit om te solliciteren.

De Medisch Specialisten

In het IJsselland Ziekenhuis werken ruim 150 medisch specialisten. Zij vormen samen de Vereniging Medische Staf (VMS).

Het Medisch Specialistisch Bedrijf

De ongeveer 100 vrijgevestigde medisch specialisten zijn lid van de Coöperatie Medisch Specialistisch Bedrijf (MSB) IJsselland Ziekenhuis. Het MSB biedt een stimulerend werkklimaat, waar opleiding en persoonlijke ontwikkeling vanzelfsprekend zijn. Wij verwachten van u een respectvolle en patiëntvriendelijke bejegening.

Wat bieden wij?

Wij bieden afwisselend werk in een ziekenhuis met korte lijnen en een no-nonsense mentaliteit. Je komt in loondienst van het MSB en krijgt een contract voor minimaal 1 jaar. Salariëring vindt plaats conform de AMS-regeling. Na de eerste 6 maanden vindt evaluatie plaats. Bij gebleken geschiktheid behoort toetreding tot het MSB tot de mogelijkheden.
