Descripción del empleo

Indispensable:

  • Disponibilidad para trabajar 3 días a la semana que se deben de cubrir entre jueves y domingo.
  • Disponibilidad amplia de horario.

Objetivo del puesto

Contribuir a las actividades de Recuperación de mercancias para cumplir y optimizar las operaciones del área. Esforzarse por brindar una experiencia positiva a nuestros clientes, fomentando que regresen y continúen comprando con nosotros a lo largo del tiempo. Utilizar las herramientas de IKEA y la experiencia de los compañeros para lograr estos objetivos.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Apoyar en la gestión y administración de productos devueltos y transferidos, con el objetivo de minimizar pérdidas y maximizar ganancias.
  • Realizar actividades de captura de datos en sistemas, documentando los productos devueltos en las ubicaciones correspondientes.
  • Procurar minimizar las pérdidas financieras derivadas de productos dañados en la tienda y maximizar la recuperación económica mediante el reacondicionamiento de productos, su devolución al inventario o el ensamblaje, etiquetado y venta de artículos en la sección As-Is.
  • Apoyar al área de Exchanges & Returns en la búsqueda de refacciones o piezas faltantes para reemplazo.
  • Reempacar productos destinados a Back-To-Stock (BTS).
  • Ensamblar productos para exhibiciones y ambientes de la tienda.
  • Gestionar reclamaciones de calidad relacionadas con muebles que presenten defectos o problemas de calidad.
  • Desechar muebles sujetos a reclamaciones de calidad, siguiendo estrictamente los procedimientos establecidos.
  • Imprimir y colocar etiquetas de precio As-Is en los muebles destinados a la venta en dicha sección.
  • Contribuir a un ambiente de trabajo dinámico y participar en las actividades de tienda definidas junto con el gerente.
