Hjemmeplejen Syd i Brande søger nye kollegaer til vores Digi-team, hvor rehabilitering og træning er i centrum. DigiRehab giver borgerne et individuelt træningsprogram, som udføres 2 gange om ugen – og du træner sammen med borgeren. Det giver både smil, motivation og tydelige fremskridt.
