Kādi būs tavi pienākumi

  • Izstrādāt mārketinga komunikācijas aktivitātes saskaņā ar gada plānu un globālajām vadlīnijām.
  • Attīstīt IKEA zīmolu Latvijas tirgū, izmantojot dažādas sociālo mediju platformas.
  • Plānot komunikāciju sociālajos medijos, veidot un uzturēt saturu Instagram, Facebook un TikTok kanālos, sadarbībā ar aģentūru un kolēģiem Baltijas valstīs.
  • Regulāri sazināties ar satura veidotājiem.
  • Analizēt visu digitālo platformu atdevi, sniegt ieteikumus tās uzlabošanai.
  • Atbalstīt iekšējos departamentus aktivitāšu īstenošanā, piedalīties dažādos projektos.

Prasības kandidātiem

  • Augstākā izglītība mārketingā, sabiedrisko attiecību, uzņēmējdarbības vadības vai citā līdzīgā jomā.
  • Pieredze digitālā mārketinga, sociālo mediju jomā, sociālo mediju lietošanā un to atdeves analīzē.
  • Izpratne par to, kā sociālie mediji ietekmē zīmola attīstību un biznesa rezultātus.
  • Pieredze un prasmes darbā ar video montāžas programmām.
  • Izcilas projektu vadības un komunikācijas prasmes.
  • Spēja strādāt komandā, ātri pielāgoties pārmaiņām FMCG nozarē.
  • Teicamas latviešu, kā arī angļu valodas prasme rakstiski un mutvārdos. (Angļu valodas prasības tiek noteiktas pamatojoties uz darba devēja starptautisko vidi, lai nodrošinātu nepārtrauktu sadarbību starptautiskajā komandā un sekmētu projektu izpildi).
