Darbo pobūdis

Pasirūpinti klientų poreikiais, patarti jiems ir padėti pasirinkti tinkamus dizaino sprendimus. Verslo klientų vadybininkas bus atsakingas už naujų klientų paiešką ir pardavimus verslo klientams, bei verslo projektų koordinavimą.

Darbo pasiūlymas yra terminuotam 2 metų laikotarpiui. Pilnu etatu - 40 val./sav. Darbo laikas: 8:00-17:00 val., darbo dienomis.

Ką veiksi darbe?

  • Naujų pardavimo projektų inicijavimas ir realizavimas (aktyvus pardavimai – naujų klientų paieška);
  • Esamų projektų palaikymas ir koordinavimas.

Iš tavęs tikimės:

  • Mažiausiai 2 metų patirties pardavimų srityje;
  • Darbo patirties dirbant su baldais ir interjerų planavime - privalumas;
  • Iniciatyvumo, lyderio įgūdžių, analitinio mąstymo;
  • Gebėjimo valdyti projektus, organizuoti bei planuoti;
  • Komunikabilumo, gebėjimo aiškiai dėstyti, pristatyti mintis ir idėjas bei įtikinti;
  • Veiklumo, orientuoto į klientą, bei tikslo pasiekimą;
  • Drąsiai prisiimančio atsakomybę už rezultatą,
  • Supratimo apie verslo logiką ir gebėjimo išlaikyti ilgalaikius santykius su klientais;
  • Vertinančio komandinį darbą;
  • Architektūros, dizaino išsilavinimas – privalumas;
  • Puikių anglų kalbos žinių (žodžiu ir raštu). rusų kalba – privalumas;
  • Puikiai dirbi MS Office programomis (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Navision - privalumas);
  • Vairuotojo teisės (B kategorija).
