I IKEA har Fulfilment Operation afdelingerne hver dag ansvaret for at varehuset er velopfyldt og klar til vores kunder, hvad end det handler om at tømme lastbilerne, hejse varer til højlageret eller ligge varer på plads på salgspladserne.

Vi forventer at du:

- Er i god fysisk form og kan håndtere tunge løft

- Trives med at arbejde i de tidlige morgentimer

- Er struktureret, har evnen til at have overblik og fokus på orden

- Kan tale engelsk og har lyst til kommunikere med mange kollegaer samt at arbejde i et team

- Det vil være en fordel hvis du har et truckcertifikat, men dette er ikke et krav

A day in your life with us

As a Fulfilment Operation Co-worker, you play an important role in IKEA’s sales and customer satisfaction, ensuring that customers never leave empty-handed when shopping for home furnishings.

Your tasks will include:

• Stocking furniture and home accessories such as plates, sofas, lamps, etc., using pallet jacks, manual labor, and possibly forklifts/stackers

• Ensuring accurate inventory through daily counts

• Daily handover to our sales colleagues after operations

• Daily maintenance of the department, including tidying up

• Daily maintenance of machines.

Together as a Team

You’ll be part of an international team of both full-time and part-time employees, all working toward the same goal. We ensure efficient stocking in the store and provide great service to customers, even though we don’t have direct customer contact. We work closely with other departments, giving you experience in collaborating with many different people. We work at a fast pace but have a strong team spirit, supporting each other and working together. There’s room for you to be exactly who you are. We provide proper training so you can feel confident and competent in the role.

Further information

• The position is for an average of 30 hours per week.

• Your working hours may vary depending on operational needs, primarily in the evening and night from 18OM-02.00AM

AM. You should expect to work every other weekend, both Saturday and Sunday. You can provide input for the work schedule.

• Salary within IKEA’s wage framework for warehouse/logistics, including pension and flexible benefits, as well as shift allowances.

• Other working conditions follow the HK union agreement for salaried employees.

• We offer various employee benefits such as health insurance, massage program, canteen, staff discount, partner discount schemes, annual gift, and bonus program.

• As part of the hiring process, a criminal record check will be required.

• Desired start date is as soon as possible
