  • Du verfügst über eine fundierte Ausbildung im Bereich grafisches Kommunikationsdesign, Medien und/oder Typografie und hast bereits ein Team geführt.
  • Du arbeitest gerne in einem lebhaften Betrieb und bildest dich vortlaufend weiter um immer auf dem neusten Stand zu sein.
  • Du bist initiativ und suchst stets aktiv nach neuen und verbesserten Methoden, die die Arbeitsweise einfach und kostengünstig halten.
  • Du kommunizierst fliessend in Deutsch und Englisch, in Wort und Schrift.

Du bist verantwortlich für

  • Du übernimmst eine führenden Rolle bei der Überwachung der gesamten Kommunikation an die Kunden im Einrichtungshaus.
  • Du wendest dein Wissen und dein Verständnis über das Leben der Menschen zu Hause und ihr Kaufverhalten an, um die grafische Kommunikation innerhalb und außerhalb des IKEA Einrichtungshauses zu verbessern und den Kaufprozess zu vereinfachen.
  • Mit deinen Fähigkeiten im Bereich Grafikdesign und auf Basis des IKEA Konzeptes sowie der visuellen Identität von IKEA erstellst und implementierst du grafische Lösungen, die Klarheit, Konsistenz und Einfachheit ausstrahlen und klare Botschaften vermitteln.
