Kādi būs tavi pienākumi

  • Sniegt atbalstu klientu virtuvju plānošanā, iebūvējamo skapju un citu mēbeļu iekārtojumā, pēc rasējuma/mērījumiem un klienta vajadzībām.
  • Aktīvi piedāvāt mājokļa labiekārtošanas preces pircējiem, palīdzot izvēlēties labākos risinājumus un preces.
  • Kopā ar komandu piedalīties pārdošanas procesā un ikdienas darbā, lai nodrošinātu veikala efektīvu darbību un klientu apkalpošanu.
  • Papildināt preču krājumus tirdzniecības zonā, sagatavot zāli nākamajai dienai.
  • Rūpēties par nodaļas kārtību, preču vizuālo izskatu un preču izvietojumu tirdzniecības zālē.
  • Nodrošināt, lai ekspozīcijā izvietotajām precēm būtu pievienota preces aktuālā komunikācija.

Prasības kandidātiem

  • Interese par mājokļa labiekārtošanu un interjera dizainu.
  • Iepriekšējā pieredze pārdošanā vai klientu apkalpošanā būs tava priekšrocība.
  • Labas komunikācijas prasmes un atbildīga pieeja klientu apkalpošanai.
  • Labas datorprasmes (ikdienas darbs paredz darbu ar IKEA mēbeļu plānotājiem un pasūtījumu sistēmu).
  • Latviešu valodas zināšanas.
  • Iespēja strādāt maiņu darbu (arī nedēļas nogalēs un brīvdienās atbilstoši darba grafikam).
