Kādi būs tavi pienākumi

  • Izstrādāt, īstenot un uzturēt informācijas drošības stratēģiju un praksi visās trijās Baltijas valstīs.
  • Veidot un ieviest IT drošības politikas un nostāju atbilstoši IKEA Policy House un IConduct.
  • Veikt regulāru risku izvērtējumu, vājo vietu testēšanu un organizēt apmācības informētības palielināšanai par drošības jautājumiem.
  • Nodrošināt sensitīvu klientu datu un uzņēmuma datu aizsardzību ar šifrēšanas un drošības protokolu palīdzību.
  • Sadarboties ar Juridisko nodaļu, lai nodrošinātu atbilstību datu aizsardzības regulai un citiem būtiskiem datu aizsardzības tiesību aktiem.
  • Nodrošināt darba prakses atbilstību Inter IKEA politikai, noteikumiem un nozares standartam.
  • Veidot un uzturēt informācijas drošības struktūru atbilstoši Inter IKEA prasībām.
  • Uzturēt un testēt uzņēmējdarbības nepārtrauktības un avārijas seku novēršanas plānus.
  • Vadīt incidentu reaģēšanas simulācijas un sagatavot komandas iespējamiem drošības pārkāpumiem.
  • Uzņemties kontaktpersonas lomu saziņā starp IKEA Baltics un Inter IKEA kiberdrošības kopienu.

Prasības kandidātiem

  • Pieredze ar IT drošību saistītā amatā, vēlams mazumtirdzniecībā vai līdzīgā uzņēmējdarbības vidē.
  • Dziļa izpratne par informācijas drošības struktūrām un datu aizsardzības tiesību aktiem (īpaši Datu aizsardzības regulu).
  • Prasme pārvērst sarežģītas drošības prasības praktiskos, īstenojamos soļos.
  • Labas analītiskās, komunikācijas un problēmu risināšanas prasmes.
  • Praktiska, uz sadarbību vērsta attieksme un spēja iedvesmot citus.
  • Teicama angļu valodas prasme rakstiski un mutvārdos. Baltijas valstu valodu zināšanas tiks uzskatītas par priekšrocību. (Angļu valodas prasības tiek noteiktas pamatojoties uz darba devēja starptautisko vidi, lai nodrošinātu nepārtrauktu sadarbību starptautiskajā komandā un sekmētu projektu izpildi).
