Il Gabbiano è una cooperativa sociale ad oggetto plurimo A+B senza scopo di lucro esistente da oltre 35 anni che offre servizi professionali e mirati nella cura della persona in diversi ambiti della vita delle stesse, garantendo standard elevati di qualità e assistenza.

📍 Luogo di lavoro: Uffici sede di Pontevico

Il ruolo

La figura è il punto di raccordo tra i cantieri/commesse produttive e la rete dei servizi sociali, sanitari e penitenziari, per garantire percorsi di inserimento lavorativo efficaci alle persone fragili accolte.

🛠️ Principali mansioni:

  • Cura l'accoglienza e la presa in carico delle persone svantaggiate in raccordo con servizi sociali, sanitari, penitenziari e aree salute mentale/disabilità
  • Partecipa a selezione e colloqui, valutando profilo, fragilità e potenzialità di ciascuna persona
  • Definisce con i Coordinatori le attività lavorative più adatte e gestisce l'intero percorso di inserimento (scheda, attivazioni, monitoraggi, verifiche)
  • Affianca le persone nell'apprendimento di mansioni e comportamenti lavorativi, in raccordo con i Referenti di Cantiere/Commessa
  • Supporta i Referenti di Commessa nella gestione di problematiche personali e comportamentali degli operatori
  • Promuove la cultura dell'inclusione lavorativa verso personale produttivo e clienti

🛠️ Principali competenze:

  • Conoscenza delle dinamiche di svantaggio sociale, disagio psichico e disabilità
  • Capacità di ascolto, mediazione e gestione della relazione d'aiuto
  • Abilità nel lavoro di rete con servizi territoriali (sociali, sanitari, penitenziari)
  • Competenze organizzative e di problem solving nella gestione di casi complessi
  • Capacità di lavorare in team con figure produttive e tecniche (Coordinatori, Referenti di Cantiere)
  • Buone doti comunicative per la sensibilizzazione di colleghi e clienti sul tema dell'inclusione

📌 Requisiti:

  • Laurea in Servizio Sociale, Psicologia, Scienza dell'educazione o affini
  • Esperienza in ambito sociale, preferibilmente su inserimento lavorativo di categorie con fragilità

📄 Si offre:

  • Contratto iniziale a tempo determinato di 12 mesi, con possibilità di assunzione a tempo indeterminato
  • Stipendio di 1300 euro mensili da commisurare all'esperienza professionale
  • Orario part time, 25 ore settimanali
  • Convenzioni esercizi commerciali e servizi.
