Ilderton CDJR is actively seeking an experienced Level 3 Master Technician to join our team in High Point, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have advanced experience in heavy-duty diesel systems, electric vehicles (EV), hybrid systems, major engine repairs, and complex diagnostics.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair heavy-duty diesel systems.
  • Diagnose and repair electric vehicle and hybrid propulsion systems.
  • Perform advanced engine, transmission, electrical, and drivability diagnostics.
  • Complete major engine, transmission, and component repairs according to manufacturer standards.
  • Accurately document completed repairs, diagnostic findings, and warranty claims.
  • Maintain productivity, efficiency, and high-quality workmanship.
  • Follow manufacturer repair procedures and dealership safety standards.
  • Mentor and assist developing technicians when appropriate.
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors and management regarding repair progress.

Requirements:

  • Previous Stellantis / Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or RAM dealership experience required.
  • Level 3 Master Technician certification preferred.
  • 5–10 years of dealership service experience.
  • Strong heavy-duty diesel diagnostic and repair experience.
  • EV and hybrid certifications preferred.
  • Experience performing major engine and transmission repairs.
  • Advanced electrical diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to diagnose complex mechanical and electrical concerns.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
