Description du poste

En tant que conseiller itinérant en téléphonie mobile, vous serez responsable de promouvoir les

services de l'opérateur mobile auprès des clients dans différents points de vente hébergeant

nos Bornes FREE.

Vous devrez démontrer un excellent sens de l'accueil, des compétences en

démarchage et une aptitude à travailler de manière autonome tout en représentant

efficacement l'entreprise.

Responsabilités principales :

• Se déplacer sur différents points de vente pour promouvoir les offres de l'opérateur

mobile.

• Accueillir et conseiller les clients sur les services proposés.

• Accompagner les prospects dans le processus de souscription.

• Développer et entretenir une relation de confiance avec les clients pour favoriser la

fidélisation.

• Assurer le suivi des ventes réalisées et des prospects identifiés.

• Remonter les informations terrain et les besoins des clients à la hiérarchie.

• Participer à des événements promotionnels selon les besoins.

• Maintenir une relation de confiance avec les partenaires hébergeant les SIMBOX

Qualifications

Compétences requises :

• Une expérience préalable dans un poste similaire ou dans la vente en téléphonie mobile

serait un atout.

• Excellentes compétences en communication et en relation client.

• Capacité à travailler de manière autonome.

• Sens de l'organisation et aptitude à atteindre les objectifs fixés.

• Permis de conduire valide et disponibilité pour se déplacer régulièrement.

Qualités personnelles :

• Sens de l'accueil et du service client.

• Capacité à écouter activement, convaincre et influencer positivement.

• Souriant, dynamique, résilient et positif.

• Esprit d'équipe et capacité à travailler en collaboration avec les différents services de

l'entreprise.

• Autonomie et prise d'initiative

Processus de recrutement :

entretien avec la responsable
