At ILIAS Solutions, you join a small and independent development team. No heavy legacy, no rigid structure. You build new systems and features from the ground up and help shape how the team works.

You work on real products using Laravel, PHP and APIs, and contribute to systems that are designed to scale and support real world use.

Your Mission

• Develop applications using Laravel and PHP • Build and integrate APIs and database structures • Improve performance and system reliability • Write clean, structured and maintainable code with focus on scalability • Contribute to technical decisions and architecture discussions • Work closely with a small team and share ideas

Support Core Defense Capabilities

• Fleet Management through supporting applications • Total Asset Visibility through data driven systems • MRO and Sustainment through reliable backend services

What You Bring

• You have built multiple real projects beyond tutorials or school assignments • You can show code, applications or systems you have developed • Experience with Laravel and PHP • Understanding of APIs and databases (e.g. MySQL) • You enjoy building from scratch and taking ownership of problems • You are comfortable working in evolving and less structured environments • Interest in performance, scalability and clean code • Experience with Filament is a strong plus • Familiarity with tools such as React or Docker is a plus • Structured and analytical way of working • Clear communication and willingness to collaborate
