Through our trusted brands, Cullen, Gang‑Nail and Alpine, and over 50 years of combined expertise, we provide compliant, innovative solutions and a bespoke customer experience for the offsite timber frame sector.

We are a division of the Illinois Tool Works family, innovating, designing and manufacturing advanced industrial technology. We are industry influencers and market leaders in our fields with five high-quality brands at the front of technology and enterprise.

At all levels in our organisation, we are encouraged to embrace our inner entrepreneur to drive actions, focus on what matters and share ideas so that every individual can have an impact on the business.

In return we are rewarded, supported in our development and given the opportunities to grow within a large multinational organisation.

Position Summary:

The Offsite Marketing Officer will be responsible for coordinating and delivering marketing activities across ITW Offsite Europe’s brands. The role will focus on executing effective marketing campaigns, communications and content that promote our products and services, strengthen brand positioning and support sustainable business growth.

A core responsibility will be translating customer insights, market opportunities and business priorities into targeted marketing plans and campaigns that support Offsite Europe’s Customer Back Innovation (CBI) and Strategic Sales Excellence (SSE) objectives. Working collaboratively with Product, Engineering, Sales and other customer-facing teams, the successful candidate will develop and deliver customer-focused communications, sales enablement materials, product launches and Joint Investment Fund (JIF) initiatives that strengthen customer relationships, communicate clear value propositions and drive commercial growth.

A key responsibility will be coordinating day-to-day marketing activities, including campaign execution, content creation, digital marketing and internal communications. Working closely with the Graphic Designer, the Offsite Marketing Officer will ensure the timely delivery of compelling, high-quality marketing materials that communicate clear customer value propositions and maintain a consistent, distinctive brand presence.

Success in this role will require strong project management, commercial awareness and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. The individual will be expected to evaluate marketing performance, identify opportunities for continuous improvement and ensure activities remain aligned with strategic objectives, customer needs and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support product launches, innovation projects and commercial growth initiatives.
  • Create targeted value propositions and marketing campaigns for key customer segments and decision makers.
  • Develop engaging marketing materials, sales tools, technical content and training resources.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Software Development and Commercial teams to translate complex technical information into clear, accurate and engaging content.
  • Monitor competitor activity and develop content that strengthens product differentiation and supports sales.
  • Drive & support marketing projects from planning to delivery, managing priorities, resources and deadlines.
  • Work closely with the Graphic Designer and external agencies to deliver high-quality marketing materials.
  • Work with Sales and customers to identify market opportunities and support Joint Investment Fund (JIF) initiatives.
  • Manage Offsite Europe's website, social media and digital marketing channels.
  • Maintain consistent brand identity and messaging across all marketing activities.
  • Develop relationships with external suppliers, managing costs, quality and delivery.
  • Monitor marketing performance and identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and commercial impact.
  • Ensure all activities comply with company health and safety requirements.
  • Demonstrate ITW's core values of Integrity, Simplicity, Trust, Respect and Shared Risk.

The Person:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in marketing, communications or related role, ideally within a B2B or agency environment.
  • Understanding of customer segmentation and the ability to develop targeted value propositions for different decision makers and stakeholders.
  • Passion for creating engaging marketing content, with an understanding of current digital, social media and design trends.
  • Strong project management, organisational and time management skills, with the ability to coordinate stakeholders and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
  • Ability to understand different customer needs and communicate effectively across the construction supply chain.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with confidence in leading cross-functional projects.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to manage competing priorities in line with business objectives.
  • Good problem-solving skills, with the confidence to work independently and seek support when required.
  • Experience with website management, email marketing and GDPR requirements would be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, WordPress, ActiveCampaign and social media channels would be beneficial.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
