With deep, hands-on knowledge of food production operations, you independently lead complex implementations while mentoring associate-level team members. You work closely with clients to solve problems, optimize workflows, and drive successful outcomes across diverse food service environments.

NetMenu is Illumia's foodservice and nutrition platform. It helps food service operations across healthcare and higher education manage inventory, purchasing and receiving, menu operations, recipes, and production workflows in one system, giving foodservice teams what they need to operate efficiently and giving administrators visibility into food costs and operational compliance.

  • Lead on-site and remote implementations of the NetMenu platform for complex, multi-site food production environments, driving project schedules and deliverables while maintaining quality standards.
  • Develop and deliver customized training programs to kitchen and food service teams, translating best practices into client-specific workflows and ensuring strong adoption across all operational levels.
  • Independently analyze client challenges and design solutions that optimize food production operations, including inventory management, purchasing workflows, menu operations, and recipe standardization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Implementation, Project Managers, Database Services, FNS Integration) and external clients to troubleshoot complex issues, ensure seamless system integration, and drive operational improvements.
  • Provide informal mentoring and technical guidance to Associate-level team members, contributing to their professional development and overall team capability.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, status reports, and implementation plans; communicate complex information clearly to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Contribute to revenue and billable utilization goals through consistent project delivery, client satisfaction, and scope management.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on NetMenu functionality, continuously expanding your knowledge and staying current on platform enhancements, industry best practices, and evolving customer needs.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH:

  • External clients (foodservice directors, operations managers, kitchen staff, and executive leadership)
  • Internal teams including Implementation, Project Managers, Database Services, FNS Integration Services, Sales, Support, Managed Services, and Associate-level Implementation Consultants

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in food production, kitchen operations, foodservice management, or related food service leadership role
  • Hands-on, current experience with Illumia's NetMenu platform or CBORD’s Food Service Suite, actively used in your role with demonstrated proficiency in key modules such as, items & recipe building, inventory management, purchasing, menu operations, or production workflows
  • Deep, practical knowledge of food production operations including inventory management, purchasing and receiving, menu design and costing, production planning, and yield management across multiple sites or campuses
  • Proven experience with foodservice software systems, process optimization, and the ability to translate operational requirements into system configurations and solutions

  • Proven problem-solving abilities with experience analyzing operational challenges and designing practical solutions using judgment, experience, and best practices
  • Strong project management skills; ability to lead multiple concurrent projects, manage timelines and deliverables, and adapt to changing client needs
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide less experienced team members; comfort serving as a resource and thought leader within the team
  • Effective time management, decision-making, and organizational abilities
  • Customer-first mindset with professional appearance and demeanor
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to manage complex situations and stakeholder expectations effectively

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
