We are seeking a fellowship-trained, board-certified Breast Radiologist to lead and grow our breast imaging program across two modern outpatient imaging centers in the San Bernardino area. Clinical Scope & Responsibilities Procedure Focus: Ultrasound-guided breast biopsy Preferred (but not required): Stereotactic biopsy
Mammography Interpretation: You will interpret screening and diagnostic mammography studies. Clinical Leadership Opportunity: Physicians interested in leadership will have the opportunity to help define clinical standards and optimize workflows.

Position Details Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (modified schedule may be available). Compensation: Base compensation starting at $500,000, with additional earning potential. Location: Onsite (split across two locations in Highland, CA and Redlands, CA) or hybrid (up to two days remote possible) Call Expectations: None. Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including malpractice coverage, credentialing support, and administrative infrastructure. Time Off: Up to 10 weeks of paid time off annually for full-time physicians. Target Start Date: ASAP Other: Occasional cross-site coverage in the region may be needed
Qualifications Board-certified (ABR or AOBR) Radiologist. Breast Radiology fellowship training required. Prior breast biopsy procedure experience required. Active medical license in California. Strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset to help shape the local imaging program.
