Imagen Technologies is a physician-led, AI-enabled radiology practice seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible General Radiologists to join our fully remote team and focus exclusively on X-ray interpretation. This role offers the opportunity to practice high-quality medicine from anywhere in the United States while maintaining complete control over your schedule and work-life balance. With AI embedded directly into PACS, dedicated IT and operations support, and 24/7 administrative coverage, you can focus on delivering accurate, timely interpretations without the burden of call, commuting, or rigid scheduling constraints. Whether you prefer a structured schedule or a fully customized approach, Imagen partners with you to build a model that aligns with your personal and professional goals.

Position Description: Full-time remote position reading X-ray studies Daytime schedule (M-F) No on call, evening, or weekend coverage responsibilities Competitive compensation and 10 weeks of paid time off Practice provides equipment and malpractice insurance Supportive and collaborative practice culture Cutting edge AI-enabled IT platform

Responsibilities: Interpret X-ray imaging studies in a fully remote setting Provide accurate and timely reads Utilize AI-enhanced PACS tools to improve efficiency and diagnostic accuracy Work from customized worklists aligned with training and preferences Maintain high standards of clinical quality and turnaround times

Compensation & Benefits: Competitive productivity-based compensation with total earnings ranging from $450,000 - $750,000 annually Malpractice insurance fully covered CME allowance and full licensure reimbursement Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Short-term and long-term disability insurance Life insurance and flexible spending account options

Requirements: Board certified or board eligible by the ABR or AOBR 1+ year(s) of work experience interpreting studies preferred Fellowship training is preferred but not required

Top performing Imagen radiologists can expect to earn $750,000+. Please note that this is a directional estimate, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as productivity, qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. Imagen Technologies maintains a Substance Abuse and Testing policy.
